Can I use my discount online and in-store?
Many offers apply both online and in-store, though some are exclusive to one channel. Each offer includes clear instructions; either a promo code for online checkout or confirmation that you can show your card at the till.
How do I redeem a health and beauty discount?
Log into your Defence Discount Service account either on web or in the app. Search for the offer you are interested in and follow the instructions. This may involce showing your Defence Discount Service card, or presenting a QR code, which will be auto-generated when you claim the offer.
