Member Days explained

Member Days are days out exclusively for Defence Discount Service members. Theme parks across the UK close their gates to the general public, and open exclusively for you – our members.

Expect smaller crowds and faster services, plus exclusive benefits like free parking, discounts on food and drink vendors and on-site retailers.

One day not enough? You can extend the fun by booking a hotel stay at each attraction for a discounted rate. Hotel bookings are bookable via a separate offer page and are subject to availability. Please note, your hotel booking does not include entry to the attraction.

FAQ’S

How do I purchase tickets?

Once released, tickets can be purchased through your Defence Discount Service account. Use the booking link provided above or simply log in, search for the attraction you would like to book and click through to the ticketing page via the offer link. Tickets are subject to availability.

Can family and friends come with me?

Family and friends can join you at a Member Days event so long as you, the Defence Discount Service member, are present. The maximum number of tickets you can purchase is 6 and they are subject to availability.

Can I book more than one Member Days event?

Yes! Tickets are subject to availability.

Can I add an extra day at the attraction to my booking?

No. Member Days are exclusively for the dates promoted.

Can I book a hotel stay?

Yes, you can extend your Member Days to include an overnight stay. Please see individual offer pages for booking information once the tickets have gone on sale. Both event tickets and hotel stays will go on sale at the same time and must be purchased separately.

Are Member Days tickets refundable?

All Member Days are booked through the attractions booking page and not through Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service therefore all tickets are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the ticket provider and are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable.

What identification do I need on the day?

On arrival, you must present your Defence Discount Service Privilege Card (physical or digital card will be accepted) along with an additional form of ID.
