1. Accessing this deal
To redeem this offer, simply show your Defence Privilege Card to a colleague at checkout. You can show either your digital or physical card at both the regular checkouts and the self-checkouts.
You can find your digital card on our app by clicking the card icon.
2. Check if you have a Defence Privilege Card
Not sure if you’ve purchased the card? Find out on our app. Click your name at the bottom and it will prompt you to buy a card if you haven’t got one yet.
However, if you’re a website user, click on the ‘Privilege Card’ tab. If you're prompted to add your address, follow the instructions to buy your card. If you don't get this message, you're all good to go!
3. Purchasing a Defence Privilege Card
If you haven’t got a card yet, it’s easy to sign up – let us walk you through it.
Press “Buy a card” and enter your address so it can be delivered straight to your door. You’ll also need to provide your ID or service documents as well as your service or staff number to help us confirm your eligibility.
You will then have the choice to make your payment of £4.99 before or after your eligibility is confirmed. Not sure if you’re eligible? Just click here.
Approvals take 48-72 hours to process, and once your eligibility has been confirmed, you will unlock your digital card. Your digital card can only be found within our app, so make sure you download it!
This will then trigger the process of getting your physical card printed. This will arrive within 14 working days of being posted.

4. Benefits of a Defence Privilege Card

The card will also remain valid for a 5-year period after your payment.
